Ashton Woods needed third-party validation that its in-house designers were at the bleeding edge of home design. Targeting top tier shelter and national publications in my first year on the account, I secured 37 interviews that resulted in 159 published stories. In the five years since, I've successfully re-signed the account increasing KPIs by 30% year over year, and even in a pandemic year, exceeded KPIs on a reduced budget, negotiated for increased budget and surpassed expectations.

In addition to leading the public relations and earned media strategy for the homebuilder since 2017, I have launched two, headline-producing consumers surveys (2018, 2020) for the brand and provided crisis management on the regional and national levels.

BorgWarner had an audience of aftermarket enthusiast engaging with the brand on Instagram. The caveat? The brand wasn't on Instagram. I spearheaded the team that launched the brand on Instagram using almost entirely user-submitted content. We surpassed 10k followers in a year and 20k followers in two years with minimal paid budget. The brand has enjoyed an above-average engagement rate and increased user-submitted content. By launching a GIPHY channel, we surpassed 100k views in 3 months. In addition, I grew the account to incorporate the brand's other channels, increasing revenue by 300%.

Tire Rack is the leading online automotive retailer for replacement tires and other aftermarket products. But the brand doesn't offer any products -- simply research and convenience. W
